CLEARANCE & SALE PRODUCTS

Products purchased during clearance sales are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, and NO RETURNS are available.

RETURN WINDOW

Customers have 7 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. No returns will be accepted after this period.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

For customized ethnic wear orders:

•       Please share detailed measurements with us at the time of ordering

•       Refer to our size guide and guidelines on how to take proper measurements

•       Customized products CANNOT be exchanged, returned, or refunded

•       Refund is offered only if we send a damaged or defective customized product; in such cases, the refund amount will be credited to your account for future purchases

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Conditions for Returns:

•       The item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and in original packaging

•       There should be no perfume smell or signs of wear

•       You must retain your receipt or proof of purchase

•       No returns are accepted if you simply don't like the product after purchase or receipt

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

•       Contact us immediately at ethnicmoodz@gmail.com with photographic evidence

•       Provide a detailed opening video showing the product from first to last, clearly displaying the damage

•       We will arrange for return or exchange within 7 business days

•       Return shipping will be arranged by Ethnicmoodz By Gunjan at no cost to you

•       Once the product is received, our quality team will conduct a thorough inspection

SHIPPING & RETURN CHARGES

•       For standard returns (non-defective items), customers are responsible for return shipping costs

•       For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, Ethnicmoodz By Gunjan will bear all return shipping costs

•       Original shipping charges are non-refundable

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do ship internationally; however, returns and refunds are NOT available for international orders. Please review your purchase carefully before placing your order.

ALTERATIONS

Ethnicmoodz By Gunjan does NOT provide alteration services. Please verify the correct size and fit before placing your order.
