1. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, participants must:

• Follow @ethnicmoodzbygunjan on Instagram
• Like the giveaway post
• Comment on the post with a valid Order ID from a purchase made during the 5th Anniversary Sale (1st–10th August 2026)
• Have a minimum purchase value of ₹10,000 (single order or cumulative orders) during the sale period to be eligible

Entries that do not meet all mandatory criteria will be considered invalid and excluded from the draw.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of India, 18 years or older
• Minimum purchase of ₹10,000 during the Anniversary Sale (1st–10th August 2026) is mandatory to qualify for entry
• Only one entry per person/Instagram account/Order ID is permitted. Duplicate or multiple entries using the same Order ID will be disqualified
• Employees of Ethnic Moodz by Gunjan and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway is open from 1st August 2026 to 10th August 2026 (Anniversary Sale duration). Entries received after 10th August will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement

• 2 (two) winners will be selected at random from all valid, eligible entries
• Winners will be announced on our Instagram page/Stories on 15th August 2026 and contacted via Instagram DM
• Winners must respond and share required details (name, contact number, email/shipping address) within 48–72 hours of being contacted, failing which the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant

5. Prize Details

• Each winner will receive an Ethnic Moodz by Gunjan website gift voucher worth ₹5,000
• The voucher is valid only on full-price items and cannot be applied on sale/discounted items
• The voucher is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount code unless explicitly stated
• The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, after which it will lapse automatically
• Any unused voucher balance is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash

6. Vouchers & Fraud Prevention

• Ethnic Moodz by Gunjan reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any Order ID, purchase value, or entry submitted
• Any voucher issued as part of this giveaway may be cancelled or revoked at the sole discretion of Ethnic Moodz by Gunjan in the event of suspected fraud, fake accounts, bot activity, duplicate entries, order splitting to falsely meet the ₹10,000 threshold, or any other unfair or manipulative practice
• Orders cancelled, returned, or refunded (that bring the purchase value below ₹10,000) after entry will render the associated entry void
• Ethnic Moodz by Gunjan's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway, including disqualification, is final and binding

• All queries regarding the giveaway must be directed to Ethnic Moodz by Gunjan, not Instagram

• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full
• Ethnic Moodz by Gunjan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances
• Personal information shared for this giveaway will only be used for prize fulfilment and will not be shared with third parties
